there are many videos of the band playing live available. some have many views, some have only a few.
they are not recorded by the specimen, who rarely posts photos or videos. yumesaki was not photographed in women's clothing posted on an official account until 2025.05.24 for a festival.
are the records undesirable? was this display only intended to be seen ephemerally and in motion?
is that what's safe?
2024/10/24
a tracksuit, modified. one band two covers the entire backside. a worm on the string, pink, hangs from the breast. there are safety pins puncturing the fabric and dangling from every spot, over the chest, the back, the legs. the arms seem to be the only place spared. they catch the light and the tracksuit itself looks almost reflective
the tracksuit is too large. over the pants hangs a grey pleated skirt. it looks cheap. maybe it's just the lighting. a purple backpack loosely falls from the elbows.
the entire show is spent thrashing around and screaming. sometimes walking around as if dazed, all energy drained.
more than once, the specimen jumps into the audience/ not to crowdsurf but to fall on the ground and become beaten. wildly runs in the open pit and crashes into humans headfirst, falling over more than once. multiple people cheer the act on. writhes on the floor and screams. struggles to climb back onto the stage.
relies on a mic stand for support. almost falls over. the audience has to help.
a microphone is thrown onto the floor. a water bottle is thrown onto the floor. an audience member's head is held and used as a target for the specimen's own violent headbanging.
2025/03/22
the outfit reappears, but the skirt has changed. it looks shinier. possibly pleather.
specimen engages in the usual mildly destructive behaviour, but the video cuts off too early to describe escalation
please do not look too long.
